【工艺流程 Process flow】

活性炭吸附装置的工作原理
废气经过吸附塔内的初效过滤器除去固体颗粒物后，进入塔体，经过活性炭层吸附后，除去气体中的有机废气分子，达到符合排放标准的净化气体，经风机排到室外。

活性炭吸附装置的设计：
只有科学合理的设计，才能活性炭吸附塔的吸附效果。因此在设计时应考虑到以下几点：
1. 有机气体的物理特性：有机气体的温度、湿度、浓度等是我们设计时要了解的，特别是有机气体的浓度，它是我们设计活性炭塔的重要依据之一。
2. 有机气体的化学特性：有机气体的气体分子量是我们设计时的又一个重要依据之一。另外气体中是否混有酸性、碱性气体，这两种气体会腐蚀主体材料，所以在设计时也应该考虑到，在气体没有进入活性炭塔体之前将这两种气体处理掉。
3. 其他因素：设计的处理风量、设备每天的工作时间、活性炭的更换频率；在设计时都要向客户详细地了解。

一、技术原理
光氧催化处理技术是利用特种紫外线波段（C波段），在特种催化氧化剂的作用下，将废气分子破碎并进一步氧化还原的一种特殊处理方式。废气分子先经过特殊波段高能紫外光波破碎有机分子，打断其分子链；同时，通过分解空气中的氧和水，得到高浓度臭氧，臭氧进一步吸收能量，形成氧化性能更高的自由羟基，氧化废气分子。同时根据不同的废气成分配置多种复合惰性催化剂，大大提高废气处理的速度和效率，从而达到对废气进行净化的目的。
